Hi, would anyone be able to translate this German death record. Its for a Frederich Salzer. I'm mainly looking for any useful linking information to family like a wife or children. I've had to seperate it into two parts due to the file being to big.

Death of Friedrich Sälzer , Lutheran religion, a maschinenputzer , reported by his wife Elizabeth neé Piehl. He was the son of Conrad Sälzer, also a Maschinenputzer and Friederika nee Kappes, both died in Marburg.

Address book Marburg 1868, a listing for Conrad Sälzer is there, Sä is alphabetically after Su in this list. There are also some Kappes listed.

I was in 2 minds about that initial letter, as it is not like the usual Kurrent  or Sütterlin style D!

The death certificate from South Africa from Dave Capps shows it as Diehl. I was taught to make capital "D' like that.
