French translation 1814 civil death

Hoping someone can translate this death entry for un-named WADE in St Denis in 1814.

I can make out he is an English prisoner. It might be worth contacting moderator (Sarah) and asking advice as to whether this post should be transferred to the Europe board. It might get greater exposure to any French speakers then.

Hi, just a quick translation of the main facts.
This death certificate was done at 8.00am, 11th March 1814
The authorities who were present : Pierre Francerier, director of temporary hospital; Nicolas Peiffer, funeral director and the Mayor, sorry can't read his name
English prisoner Wade died 2 days before at 9.00am
Certificate was done in the town of Saint-Denis?
Wade was born in Faw..?

"Faud'homme" cannot be an English town.
It is a transcription of an English word by a French person who did not speak english.
I think that "d'homme" could be " -dam" or "-dham" at the end of the word. Could be Fordham.

FindMyPast has  a record of a William Wade POW dying on 7 April 1814. Birth place Middleburgh ??

There are 3 Fordhams that I know of;Essex, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk . Unfortunately there are Wade families at each location.
National archives have a millitary record of a William Wade from Fordham Essex, but he was discharged in 1806.

In the year eighteen hundred and fourteen, on the eleventh of March at eight o'clock in the morning, before us, mayor of the town of Saint Denis, registrar, appeared Mr. Pierre Francerier, director of the temporary hospital of this city, and Mr. Nicolas Peiffer, inspector of funeral processions domiciled in this town, who declared to us that Wade, an English prisoner born in Faud’homme in England, passed away the day before yesterday at nine o'clock in the morning and signed with us, the mayor, after reading.
