Damaged cabinet card, Bow c1900? Date too please?

Hi. I wonder if someone would be kind enough to repair this image? the card has been physically broken, leaving an ugly scar across the face.

This was in my mother's old photos and her maiden name was MAY but her mother was a DAVIES.
Both families lived in Bow or Bethnal Green and the photographer is clearly Harrison of 119 Roman Road, Bow. Actual identity is unclear though and any dating help might enable me to pinpoint who it is.

Sorry, I can't help with a date. Might I suggest you amend the title to add "Date Please" at the end to catch the attention of a dating expert.

The first reference in newspapers to a Harrison, photographer, at this address is an advert and an article in the April 7th 1906 edition of the Eastern Argus. The article refers to his "well-known establishment". Adverts continue in 1906, and there is a 1908 mention of him acting as photographer at a golden wedding.

In earlier years the address is associated with "apartments to let" ads which end in 1892.

The photographer is Henry Harrison, still at the address in the 1921 census when he is aged 45, and also at the address in 1911. I haven't yet managed to find him in the 1901 census.
