From the details in those posts, it is clear that they can't possibly be the same family as the Rathangan, Co. Wexford Barrys.
I am very sorry if my post has upset you. When I posted the orignal queries about the Tallow baptisms, I was not aware of a Nicholas Barry. As I stated in my post I was confused as I knew that my line, Thomas and Bridgid Barry lived in Tallow and I have their marriage details and baptisms of other children. I was just trying to verify if this Nicholas Barry baptism in Wexfored may just be a coincidence having the same parents' names. This is the record for Thomas and Bridgid (Cosgrove) marriage. Since we don't know where Bridgid was born, I was thinking it may have been Wexford after seeing the baptism for Nicholas there. Marriage Record for Thomas Barry & Brigid Cosgrove/Cosgrave
