Cause of Death 1886

Yet another cause of death I can't decipher or find  on a search.

All I can get is ?phritic Abscess 2 years.

I'd welcome any suggestions!

Many thanks for that - I can find Perinephric but I have no doubt it's the same cause and has simple changed down the years.

I think it's paranephritic rather than perinephritic - but it boils down to the same thing,I think.
