Thomas Cattle Settlement certificate

I am currently researching my wife’s 6 x great grandfather Thomas Cattle and found there is Settlement certificate 8th June 1771 on FindMyPast  ( forgive me I’m not 100% sure what a settlement certificate is?). It is under Lincolnshire Settlement certificates: Archive ref: Alford UDC A/1/2/1703-1792/13,
Can I somehow apply for this certificate and will it be anymore detailed than the FindMyPast reference

Thomas Cattle of Barton Lincolnshire married Dinah Lawer 13 March 1769 at Sutton Yorkshire.

Dinah was of Sutton Yorkshire.

He was already of Barton 2 years prior to 1771.

His wife Dinah was buried 3  January 1779 (FindMyPast has transcribed as his daughter correction submitted)

Possible second marriage to Eliza Marshall widow 1 July 1779.

Thomas occupation was a Tanner.

Yorkshire is a long way from Lincolnshire, I'm guessing he moved to Barton either for an apprenticeship or establish himself in business, than went back to Sutton to marry.

Personally I would opt for a copy, it could give you a time line of his arrival in Lincolnshire etc.
