Could the blemishes on the woman’s dresses be removed and a general clean up of photo, I would like photo kept true to the original image.
This is the only photo I have of my Great maternal Grandfather and family.
and I quiet happy of the scan I took of original, no colour please.

Here's a couple for you. One is a clean and repair and the second one I ran through Neat Image to get rid of some of the artefacts and slightly sharpen.
