Birth or baptism for Theophilus Benjamin Chandler

Looking (unsuccessfully) for a birth or baptism record for Theophilus Benjamin Chandler, born around 1848 in or around the Upper Howsell area of Leigh, near Malvern Link.

Father was Miles Tugwell Chandler. Theophilus appears on the 1851 census in Howsell with parents and siblings. Censuses consistently say born c.1848

I've see a baptism date of 26 May 1848 but can find no source info to substantiate this. Can't find it on the GRO index, can't find it leafing through the baptism registers for Malvern Link, Leigh or Great Malvern.

Is the Benjamin Chandler registered in pershore July aug Sept 1848 a possibility, with theophilus added as a family tradition soon after the registration

Pershore registration district did spread out towards Malvern.

Thanks for the suggestion. The GRO index for the Pershore entry gives the mother's maiden name as BECK, when it ought to be Jenkins. So probably the wrong record.

I note the 1851 census records he was born Leigh, I have checked the records there on Ancestry and no baptisms on that date.
I note his brother Charles birth registration in 1850 was Martley but I cannot see a birth registration in the County for Theophilus.

His Find a grave record gives a birth of 26 May 1848

Baptisms for Malvern Link where his younger brother was baptised are only on Ancestry Jan-July 1848 so he may have been baptised after that.
