Will of John Lusher 1768 labourer of Brumstead NCC Wills -ref: Curtis 13.

This is the will of John Lusher father of John who married Elizabeth Burroughs.  I couldn't load an attachment.

The will was written 29 June 1754 Probate 27 January 1768.

All houses lands and tenements in Brumstead to son John. (married Elizabeth Burroughs)
Daughter Mary w/o Henry Bays?/Baize? of North Walsham £5 
Daughter Ann w/o John Crow of Witton  £10
Daughter Frances w/o William Axford (sp) of Brumstead  residue of his estate.
Grandchildren Elizabeth Crow, John Crow and Ann Crow. each get £5.
 
Daughter Frances is the executor.

Frances Lusher married William Ixworth 8 September 1743 both of Brumstead

Ref: Archdeacons transcripts Smallburgh.

Notes her probate is 1802 widow of Ingham Frances Eixfer.

Found the will of Frances Eixfer (aka Ixford/Axford)  ref: Cowell 223 - 1802
Family search image 1031.

Will was written 6 October 1798 Probate 29 December 1802.
Nephew John Lusher gets all the properties in Ingham and other villages. (son of brother John and Elizabeth nee Burroughs)
£80 to niece Elizabeth Crow (daughter of her sister Ann who married John Crow)
William Chittick and wife Frances  and their son Edward Chittick (this is Frances daughter of John and Elizabeth nee Burroughs who married William Chaddock 1780)
Nieces Mary Lusher, Hannah w/o Robert Gilman (aka Gillam), Martha w/o William Sturgess and Susannah Loads.  (daughters of John and Elizabeth)
Sister in law Ann Pratt widow
Sister Mary Baize (aka Bays wife of Henry)
Sister Elizabeth Rye widow

Notes in brackets are mine to keep track of who' who.

Executor is Obediah Silcock.

The will is quite long and involved.

Mary Crow widow nee Lusher married Henry Bayes widower 10 October 1752 North Walsham by license.

Robert Crow of Catfield widower married Mary Lusher of Brumstead 10 June 1732 at Brumstead

Robert Crow was buried 30 December 1747.
