If this article is accurate, it might explain part of the reason you don't have much room on the drive. They say Microsoft is aware of the problem and plans to fix it in an upcoming update.

Thank you for those, I do delete temporary files, I think I need to consult somebody more knowledgeable than me. I did get the obituary by putting her name into the search bar and printing that off.
