Hi Wilcoxon,

I was actually really lazy - I just looked under 'Marriage and Divorce' - and input the names and date - and eureka -- a copy of the marriage from the church register popped up.

Not sure which actual data set it was under.

Found it , but it didn't show up before.  Sometimes Ancestry doesn't make life simple with all the different categories.

Wilcoxon - what do you think the abode of the bride and groom is please? Looks like Friere Barnet but I can't imagine it being that! I am not familiar with the location (as you will probably realise from my Username!)
