Having difficulty in finding these birth reg

The birth registrations I am looking for are;
Sarah Ann Gilligan born 1905 Cardiff, have record for her baptism.
William C Gilligan born 1907 dito.
Parents William Gilligan and Mary Ellen Shepherd.
I have searched the GRO site and FreeBMD with no luck, using different spelling etc
Any help would be appreciated

Yes KGarrad,
 I have had no trouble finding them plus another daughter
Nellie born 1913.
There is another sibling George born 1910 but not sure about him and again can find no record.
I have the birth reg for Nellie.

Good so I can add George, he goes off to Australia and marries out there in 1933.
So that just leaves Sarah Jane and William C,
I do not subscribe to FindMyPast so rarely look there perhaps when my subscription ends with ancestry I'll swop which I have done before.

The Baptism record for Sarah also has her middle name as Jane
