Janet McLellan..where did you go?

My great aunt Janet McLellan was born on the 24th Nov 1888 in Eaglesfield, Dumfriesshire. I have her on the 1891 and 1901 census with her father Alexander but from then on she seems to have disappeared…help please

Have you already ruled out the 1916 marriage on Scotlands People?

Possible death in 1972 in Glasgow??

Already bought the marriage certificate..it’s not her..her mother was Isabella Harkness who died in 1900

Probably not her, but a Janet McLellan travelled from Glasgow to USA in 1916, with a Mary ? McLellan. However, she is shown as only 16 - so birth year out by 2 years.
Places of interest;
Lancashire, West Yorkshire, Southern Ireland, Scotland.

She only had one sister called Elizabeth
