Another James Neighbour of Herts was charged & convicted in 1820 for House Breaking. He was sent to NSW.
Second James Neighbour arrived in 1834 on the Lady Kennaway in Feb 1835. Sent to Van Diemen's Land. (Tasmania). Charged with theft.
Neither the 1820 or 1834 convict appears to be the one who was charged with uttering.
