help with baptism? 1817, St Michael's RC Limerick

Please can anyone shed some light on the following event, dated 2/6/1817 in St Michael's RC, Limerick:
https://registers.nli.ie/registers/vtls000635023?locale=en#page/118/mode/1up
It's for George Hunt - I think he is being Received into the church.
Please can anyone tell me if this is probably an adult who is being received into the church, and would he probably have been previously a different denomination eg possibly anglican?
Also, on the left hand page, at the top, I think it says:
"List of ? Protestants"
Please, can anyone tell me what this says exactly?
Thanks very much,
Kit

No parents names, so yes, he is an adult.

Thank you very much for your kind replies.
I really appreciate your invaluable help - I couldn't make out the word "Reformed", and it's good to have it confirmed that he was an adult.
Thank you again,
Kit
