RC Parish of Magheralin Burial records

Kilwarlin I have been told is the name of St Colman's on the Bottier road, moira, where I am led to believe is the only burial ground for RC Magherlain parish. Hopefully this information is correct.

Kiltaglassan - not sure what you are implying with this post.
- Are you pointing to spelling variations?
- Or disputing that there is more than one graveyard?

These "variant names" are not synonyms. The are often - and in this case are - the names of the different civil parishes comprised within the Catholic parish. Different graveyards are clearly being referenced in the parish funeral register.

Think I would take it that John Smyth is buried Kilwarlin as you (unilove18) said it is entitled Register of Funerals, so unclear. The R.C parish of Magheralin encompassed several civil parishes St. Colman’s Kilwarlin is Moira (Lurganville Townland), but also apparent are Aghagallon, Clare and Lurgan which are not in the R.C parish. The register will be all there is for the parish, though the priests may be able to confirm the interpretation.

Some R.C. Burials may well have continued in the ancient parish graveyard too aka Magheralin Old Church of Ireland graveyard with post-reformation church ruins on the site of the monastery founded by St. Colman.

Greetings,
I am looking for the final resting place for Bernard Catney d.1914 and his wife Helena "Lena" Lynch Catney d.1923.
They spent their married lives in Maghaberry, Maheramesk, County Antrim.
I have been unable to find their graves. Bernard was born in Magheralin and I thought it might be near Maghaberry.

Thank you for your speedy response.
I have a copy of the will as well as both of their death registers.
I have their birth records, census records, marriage record, birth of their only child, etc...
I seem to have the major parts of their lives documented, I am in need of their final resting place.
This one detail eludes me.
I would love to be able to visit their graves.

If there was a Will it would have said probate was granted or administration (with a Will) meaning the Will wasn't considered valid but the estate was administered.
