Asylum Record transcript assistance
« on: Monday 09 September 24 11:04 BST (UK) »
G'day everyone, I am wanting some help to decipher what this asylum record reads. It is for a relative of mine. The record is from Ballarat Asylym Case Books of Female Patients, 1877-1912 Vol 5:
Mary Ann Collier (Nee: Bellingham)
1815–1903
Birth 24 JANUARY, 1815 • St Peter Port, Guernsey, Channel Islands
Death 3 MAY, 1903 • Sunbury Asylum, Victoria, Australia

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!  :)
