You've repeated posted your email address and it has been removed so I'm sure a moderator will be along to remove this latest one.

You haven't mentioned religious denomination, important since the period is well before civil registration, and indeed many other surviving records in Ireland. Have you tried searching all available records in Ontario (especially local histories), contacted other descendants in case they have information or stories handed down or done DNA testing?
Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

We don’t have many records for the early 1800s in Ireland. You might perhaps find baptisms for the 2 sons, perhaps the parents marriage and perhaps their own baptisms. We’d need to know their denomination(s). If the family were Church of Ireland (ie Anglican) then the good news is that the records for Maguiresbridge (Aghalurcher parish) start in 1788. They don’t appear to be on-line anywhere but there are copies in PRONI (the public record office) in Belfast. You would need to go in person to look the records up, or pay a researcher to do it for you.

If they were Methodist in Canada, then they would likely have been Church of Ireland in Fermanagh.
