Parents are William Edward Allen & Eliza Cantlon.

Eliza died 1892, there is a will online in VIC archives for her. The will is dated 1888 so written up before Elizabeth Sarah died.

The will has kids as .. William Edward, Charles David, Peter Albert, Mary Ann, Elizabeth Sarah, Catherine Lucy and Rachel Jane.

Civil registration started in July 1853 so if Elizabeth was born before that then you are looking for a church baptism. I can see that Lucy was baptised at St Peter's in 1850 and William Gilbert was baptised in 1851 but not at St Peter's.  The next child was Catherine whose birth was registered in 1855.

Elizabeth was either not baptised or the church records were not available to the Vic registry for indexing, or if she was born after July 1853, her birth was not registered.
