Missing Streets in Burslem 1861

I am hoping that a member here can help me to identify on a map where my  great grandparents lived at the time of 1861 census
According to the 1861 census William and Emma James,  (Staffordshire, Burslem, Al, District 12) their address was 'Club Buildings' On the first page of the census 'Club Buildings were listed after what I think were 'Amicable Building' On an old map I have located 'Amicable Building' but not 'the Club Building".
A question on a FB site that I follow provided me with a newspaper clip that identifies 'Club Buildings' as being in Malkin Street, I can find no mention of a street by this name.

Malkin St shows on this 1865 - 1877 map:

Still there in 1922, however the 1937 revision shows Malkin St has gone.

The names Club and Amicable suggest these may have been some kind of Land Society developments, also the fact that a single terraced house is being sold freehold.  Land Societies were an early form of building society which purchased one large plot, divided it amongst members, and eventually were wound up when all the loans had been paid off.
