Here is a possibility for Harriet Ann Evans in Sculcoates
https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/1:1:X7TS-VPM

She would be best to purchase the Certificate/s to confirm.

For info. as per the 1911 census above here's the birth entry for Harriet's brother Edward

I have tried searching for Mary Ann Evans before her relationship with James Smith but not much luck.
Perhaps she was never married and widowed as children ‘s births found indicate no maiden name.
