Hey,
Recently my family has been looking into our family history.
Currently we are looking for the parents of Elizabeth Smith she was partners with John (Governor) Bailey ( my GGGG grandfather) in St. Albans NSW 1799
We aren’t sure if she was born in Australia or sent over as a convict. From multiple DNA results it appears she was from Romani descent.
Originally it was believed she was Aboriginal because of her complexion
