Civil registration of births didn't start until 1864 (1864 also for deaths and Catholic marriages, from 1845 for non-Catholic marriages) so you need to see if church records survive. As a starting point you'll need to have an idea of religion and location (parish if not townland, town/village or city).
Mayo is a county and covers a large area. If they were Catholic there might be parish records for the family- https://registers.nli.ie/
If you are looking for vital records (start dates mentioned above) then the following registration districts cover Co. Mayo- Ballina, Ballinrobe, Belmullet, Castlebar, Castlereagh [Castlerea], Claremorris, Clifden, Killala, Newport, Oughterard, Swineford [Swinford], Westport

Away sorting out DNA matches... I may be gone for some time many years!

Hi

Its Michael Waldron and his wife Mary Cain, both born +/- 1800, or their children that you’re looking for information on.  Is that right?

Regards

Thanks Paddy for goving me some more areas to try and look.
My grandfather has passed and we dont really have any information on his side of family and no one else seems to know or is interested.  So i have only got Richard Joseph waldrons death certificate.
His father and mother i am interested in LH as i want to find out who they are and where they came from and other ancestors please!!

Also my mother and her cousin have munster and myself in our dna outcomes?  Clare, east clare, galway?  Do you think this is a better place to start?

On RootsIreland I see the following transcripts for what appear to be twins, but with different Christian names for the same mother? Parish of Bekan, Co. Mayo.
Richard, bapt. 15/7/1836, son of Michael Waldron and Ellen Cribben
Catherine, bapt. 16/7/1836, dau of Michael Waldron and Mary Cribben.

Apparently Bekan is one of those parishes with multiple entry locations for given dates, so I can't personally verify the above. I can imagine Cribben being distorted in the Antipodes.

The mother's Christian name is uniformly Mary on multiple other Waldron baptisms, so I think it safe to assume that Ellen is a mistake on either the transcript, or the original.
