I ordered the death certificate this morning. He died of Paralysis of the Insane, how sad! It was definitely him as the address is the same address of his wife and children.

He was in the territorial army and I found mention of his trip to New Zealand on his attestation papers. He was eventually discharged because of varicose veins!
