Deaths At Sea 1853 on the Ship Medway

Hi

I have two men who died on the Medway 22.05.1853 (James Duffey and George Storey. I am unable to decipher the details written in the Place and date of death and cause of death column except for the date of death. Place of Death could possibly  be Jamaica.? Cause of Death ?
