Findagrave has this Thomas Joseph DARCY born 20 Feb 1870, died 27 Feb 1907 - spouse Julia SCOTT. They married 1892 at Surrey Hills, says he was a bachelor, born Sydney, according to the marriage certificate which is attached.

the full marriage certificate is on Ancestry - his parent's are Thomas DARCY and Catherine [...]. Not sure of Catherine's family name, attached here.

So who Clara may olive in some of family tree by look of the marry Clara so i need to work out if two boy half-brother who their parent

I can't check these with the NSW BDM, however according to Ancestry marriage records:

Clara May OLIVE married Thomas DARCY at Grafton in 1895.

Clara May DARCY married Frederick SMITH at Grafton in 1907.

Clara May SMITH married Frederick HOPE at Manly in 1920. (Marriage certificate on Ancestry - her parents: George William OLIVE (grazier, dec) and Thurza COLLINS.

Tricky without the NSW BDM, but I can't see a death for Julia DARCY  between 1892 and 1895. Also, the 1892 marriage does say Thomas was born Sydney (not Grafton).

There is a birth certificate posted to Ancestry for Thomas DARCY 20 Feb 1870 at Grafton, parents Thomas DARCY and Catherine nee HOULAGHAN (again, hard to read). So I guess this is the same man, not sure why he says born Sydney on his 1892 marriage, or why he was in Sydney.

I'll look at the NSW BDM tomorrow for the children's birth registrations to see which mother is stated.

Thomas' death certificate names 2 children, Wilfred aged 11 and Harold aged 9.  They were registered in 1895 and 1898 as the sons of Thomas and Clara.

It seems that Julia DARCY nee SCOTT died in 1903 - there is a death notice:

The NSW BDM has he indexed under Julia DE ARCY , Julia DEARCY, Julia De ARCY (12672/1903) parents Adam A and Betsy, which fits with the 1892 marriage in Sydney.

So were they divorced, separated?  Was Thomas a bigamist?
