On the 2002-18 Electoral Register, she is at the same address, 23 Woodley Road, Ratby, as Ernest's probate record.

Electoral rolls for Leicester are on FindMyPast. 

They are. It turns out that there are street indexes for all the wards, obviously Humberstone Road is a long road and bits of it are in several.
