Can anyone help translate this for me please ?  I am reading it as

Captain HMS Invincible
? Squadron
North shields, tynemouth, prudhoe, west wylam, urchfont, isle of thanet

Looks like Mediterranean Squadron to me, perhaps not quite spelt correctly.

Date is Nov 13th 1886

Invincible was with the Mediterranean Squadron in 1886 before returning to Devonport for refit.
