Has anyone ever seen the following on a Extract of birth entry ( under Name & Surname ) ?

Christina Ross
Vaccinated as per Certificate dated 1880 June 30th.

This was extracted from the records of kiltearn , Parish of Ross and Cromarty on the 5th September 1916.

Yes, often.

It was part of a campaign to eradicate smallpox. Vaccination became mandatory in about 1850.
Never trust anything you find online (especially submitted trees and transcriptions on Ancestry, MyHeritage, FindMyPast and other commercial web sites) unless it's an image of an original document - and even then be wary because errors can and do occur.
