How can they suggest a 'potential' mother  for one of my ancestors who was born when said 'mother' would have been in her 60s.

I can't even delete or reject the entry!

Whoever wrote the code obviously didn't know the facts of life  ::)

Sorry - I know this is tree related and not DNA but .....

Any issues with reviewing or otherwise accepting/declining other hints, editing existing stuff in your tree or adding new people? I had it a couple of weeks ago and had to phone them, not the best experience and it wasn't resolved by the end of the call but by some miracle started to work when I rang a 2nd time an hour later about a second after I had requested a call back and left my number.

I've not done anything with my tree for a good while.  I decided to go in and check something and saw a  'porential' that I knew was wrong , went in to correct and this popped up on right

Something went wrong. Please try again later.

Ive gone into the daughter  details  but same message now comes up  each time I review a hint.

Seems like somethings happened to the hints review too.

Will log off and login again to see if it's a cache prob.

I have been getting these sorts of messages for a couple of weeks on & off, along with the 'backend services are overwelmed' message. I don't know if there backend IT team has kept up with the growth in users or if the new 'front end' services are just overwelming the backend. Whatever it is i just wish they would spend some time working on performance/usabilty rather than just tweaking the screen look every year.

It could be just Firefox as it seems to work on other browsers. It happened at least once before.

Still, they should thoroughly test (to breaking point) all mods on all browsers.

Seems standards have fallen since I did project management.

When I phoned thy kept saying it best to use Edge as Chrome, and Firefox can cause problems, I only use Edge then they told me to download Chrome. Cue the 'what part of 'customer service do you not understand?' part of my brain to take control of my mouth  :) They did some reset code that had to be emailed to me and read back and told me to leave it for an hour, conveniently that's about when they closed for the day.  The page unavailable and backend services messages have been a lot more frequent since the new display came in though that's for sure.

I use Firefox and have had zero issues.

I also use Safari with zero issues.

I will not use either Edge or Chrome as I simply do not trust either Company that produces them.
