That's wonderful.  So glad you found it.

I don't know if you have found it, but there is a photograph of Arthur in the Western Mail on 20 July 1915 when he received his commission.  He is in uniform and the article contains some biographical information.

I haven't found the memorial yet, but looks like a day trip to Andover is coming up.
