Patrick Maguire and Bridget Smyth/Smith.

I have a Michael Maguire i seem to be related to via DNA or more likely a sibbling of his, Michael Maguire was born in 1833 in Knockbride and his parents were a Patrick Maguire and Bridget Smyth or Smith, unsure what dates of birth they have but may be about 1795 to 1800 or so, can anyone tell me from local knowledge or records anything about Patrick and who his children might have been.

Michael was baptised 24th November 1833 in the parish of Drumgoon.

This quite difficult to find and read - if you subscribe to Ancestry or Find my Past, there are indexes and links there.

The indexes also show Rosa Maguire baptised 11th February 1838 but I can’t see it in the records.

I am not sure how that fits with Knockbride.
