Henry Culshaw b1853 with son John b1886
« on: Monday 22 April 24 16:09 BST (UK) »
Looking for some help from anyone with an Australian Ancestry subscription. Both of the above possibly emigrated from Lancashire to Adelaide between the years 1901 and 1913. My UK-only Ancestry subscription found the entry but it doesn't show me any details.
I am pretty sure Henry, a grocer, returned to the UK in 1913. He may have returned to Australia after that as I cannot find a death for him. Any help is much appreciated.
Weston, Greaves, Thorlby, Edwards, Ormandy, Doherty, Donelley, Birchall, Robinson, Bettles, Coles, Tilley, Stewart.

There's a 1926 death for a Henry Culshaw (age 75) in Adelaide. Residence: Goodwood.
There's also a 1913 passenger record for a Henry Culshaw (born 1858) - London to Adelaide.

Further, those death notices mention it took place at his son-in-law's house Mr J Birkett. Henry only had one daughter to my knowledge a Jane A. born about 1880. I wonder who Mr J Birkett was married to?

There's a Joseph Birkett (born 1882) who was a grocer. 1924 passenger record for him - London to Adelaide. And a 1945 death in Adelaide. He was widowed in 1945.
