Cullen, Hannah birth 1843 to 1845

Looking for Hannah in the 1841, 1851 & 1871 census. Trying to find a birth record. In the 1861,91 & 1911 Census She claims to have been born in Herne, Kent but I can find no record. I thought the 1841 or 1851 census might give a clue to birth and parents. Can anyone help?
Secondly, if I do find the record of birth would the birth certificate have mothers name? The birth register I have found for these dates were old handwritten indexes.

If she was born 1843-1845 in England, her birth certificate would have her mother's name on.
The GRO version of the index (https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/Login.asp ) would have her mother's maiden name on.

You have her on some records, so you have a little more info than you've given already.

Did she marry? Do you have her marriage certificate?
Who is she living with in 1861, 1891, and 1911?

Some of the younger children are on the GRO index with mmn Mumford.

I cannot see the marriage but the Banns were read between 19 November and 3 December 1837 in Boughton under Blean for a marriage between James Cullen of that parish and Elizabeth Mumford of the parish of Dunkirk

Yes married I think in 1866 to Edward Barrett Killick at Clerkenwell.
1861, servant age 16. 1881 wife 37 private house. 1891 Head, age 47
1911 wife age 68

I'll check this but the mother's name I have is Sophia. The other children don't match.

Sophia Cullen 30 Widowed - servant born Chislett Kent  - corrected status
Hannah         4   born Herne
Emmely (sp)  1  born Herne

There is an Emily Cullin reg. Blean 1849 with mother's maiden name Seath - possible?

His father was James Cullen, Victaller and hers Edward Seath, Labourer
