The Warren family of NorthPetheridge/Goathurst/Broomfield

I am trying to find out the maiden name of Ann Warren 1793-1878
Ann was born in Goathurst and must have been married around 1826. Her first few children were born in North Petherton but I think she was widowed before 1841.
They were a family with money because i am tracking Ann as a mortgage holder for properties in Devon. Her name keeps coming up and i have tied her down to this specific woman but I can't work out where she came from and consequently where the money came from.
I am hoping that when I work this out, a younger 'Mrs Ann Warren' and Miss Eliza Warren will start to fit in somewhere.

This looks like the baptism of her daughter Elizabeth in 1827 which lists her father as William
