New Series of Genealogy Podcasts
« on: Saturday 02 March 24 14:49 GMT (UK) »
Hi Folks,

There’s an interesting new series of UK based podcasts from Armchair Genealogy containing interviews with prominent people from the world of genealogy. They can be listened to either directly via https://armchairgenealogy.com or downloaded in podcast form through all the main podcast platforms.

Interviewees so far have been:

Mark Bayley (of The Genealogist website) talking about their new historic maps facility

Donna Rutherford talking about the basics of DNA

Paul McNeil – about working on the ITV series DNA Journey

Ted Udall from Somerset and Dorset Family History Society chatting about Parish Records

I understand that an interview with Nick Barrett, genealogist, historian, author and broadcaster, is coming shortly.

The next episode in this series of genealogy podcasts is now available. It's a really interesting interview with historian and genealogy researcher Nick Barrett about his work on the BBC series 'Who Do You Think You Are?

It can be listened to either directly via https://armchairgenealogy.com or downloaded in podcast form through all the main podcast platforms.
