Hi Trish, thanks for replying. Yes I have seen the actual image. You can trawl through them on Ancestry at the front page search. This and Stephen Perry have been brick walls for years. I have subsequently found Holdshots in Bradford on Avon and they start with a Peter in the early 1600s. But no evidence of where they originate from. Thank you so much for answering. hi sorry I have not been on here in a long while but I have just seen your post.
I have the surname Perry in my family line on my dads side of the family one of the Perry sons is called Stephen {family originate from Bristol originally}

Hi, My Stephen was born around 1750 and died in 1799 in Norton St Philip.  He  married Joanna Rainells in Norton. I just can't find his baptism but some of the register is missing. Best wishes Grace
