At the 1792 baptism of Hugh it just says “Park”. Which is the second part of the name on your clip.
(It also says Richard is a brewer)

Same in 1797 (Catherine)

Anyway..I am seeing Tyn y ….  Park

Yes, I saw that with Catherine and was wondering if Brewer was the occupation and Park was the place. Couldn't be sure. I'm at a loss the the Ty .... y park though!

I was looking into the possibility it had anything to do with the Parc Glynliffon - before they built the present buildings there?

Tŷ is house, I assume in the park.

I know a little Welsh, enough the read Tŷ as house. A quick translation offered Tŷ yn y parc as House in the Park. It also looks like the K in Park has been altered to C as Parc in being the Welsh spelling.

I wonder what Parc (and where it is)!! The person I am trying to places is a Jane Prichard born 1789. Im a stuck between at least 2 roots to go, one going towards Coedtyno - near Clynnog - which seems a pretty good link as she lived there all her life (as much as the censuses show anyway) or Llanystumdwy - which isn't a million miles away either. Both places seem to have a Richard Jones and Mary (her parents names) having kids in those areas around the same time. If I can place where this park(parc) is, it may give me a clue to which family line she is linked to!

Which church was used for the baptism? As you say it was from the Capel Curig register I would suggest a house nearby. It is unlikely they would travel more than a few miles in late December to baptise a baby.

Parc Glynliffon was built in 1830, but history suggests there was a house there before. Large houses often recruited workers from some distance away, as it stopped them running home.
