Research often gets harder the further back you go, and that stands, but with more coming online, and the Text Searches, while far from infallible, are helping to get back further on some lines.

Oh yes, indeed! I've been bouncing around in 16th and 17th century Surrey, Sussex and (now) Hampshire for a couple of weeks now. Having to learn the geography of lots of strange new places ...
