Somerset Heritage Centre - HOPKINS settlement and removal 1821 & 1829

Dear Rootschat,

I wonder if there is anyone who might regularly go to the Somerset Heritage Centre and might please be able to look at details on three people in records there.

I don't think I have ever asked for an archives look up here before, so no idea if this is even possible, but thought I would try.

I have long been researching the Hopkins family of Curry Rivel and visited this place last year but didn't go to the archives. It would be helpful to know which further details the actual records contain.

These are the three records:

Hi Jon. Just spotted this. Was it ever resolved? I live near Taunton and occasionally visit the centre.
I’m pretty new to Rootschat.

I've now visited the centre and read and photographed your documents. I don't know how much you know about the individuals but the one on George Hopkins has a lot of interesting detail.

Summarising or transcribing would take some time - much easier if I can send you jpegs. What's the best way to do that - email?
