Oh you're on fire again today!  Shame the marriage announcement was pretty vague about moving from England to the USA.

I can see a newspaper article dated 1930 about a humane soc. benefit party, connected to James Weirick but can't see the actual article.

I've found them in the 1930 census but not later. There's also the transcript entry for an obit for Janet dated 24 Mar 1960 in the Wausau Daily Herald saying she was 91. I bet that doesn't say where she came from in England either, or when!

While writing this you posted the info about James W being a widow, which doesn't tie in with the obit for Janet unless the obit was very delayed after her death.

FreeBMD has Janet Isabella Brown birth regd 1870 Marylebone and 1864 Morpeth.

A Jane Brown and a William Caldwell married 1891 in Wakefield.  As mentioned in my first post. So going round in circles now.

Also Jane Isabella Brown births in Tynemouth (1872, 1878, 1879), Castle Ward (1873) and Hull (1876), Lambeth (1873). Jane Isabel in Berwick (1873), Hexam (1874), S Shields (1880). 

William Caldwell could have been her second husband?
