As I wrote, much of the 1851 census was damaged and what has been recovered is available on Ancestry.

Aaah, George & Mary Elizabeth's children were all born in Manchester in the 1861 Census, eldest child is Elizabeth Hibbert aged 13, so in 1851 they must have been living in Manchester not Derbyshire Doh.
I looked at the census records for addresses of your
George Hibbert he and his family don't stay at one address.......
1891 census 10 Chapelfield Road (same add. on marr. son Charles Brocklehurst Hibbert 22 Dec 1888)
1881 census 91 Every Street (same address on marriage dau Henrietta on 31 July 1881)
1871 census 11 Ackroyd (same add. on marr son William 13 Jan 1872 & dau Elizabeth 31 Aug 1873)
1861 census 25, Stone Street
1851 census  not known 1845 marriage 10 Nightingale Street
heywood mentioned about much of the 1851 census being damaged. The only suggestion I have to possibly find where the family were living in Manchester is by obtaining the birth certificate of the closet child to the 1851 census (ie
John b1850 ). Hopefully that will give you a full address
