I dont know what sites you have access to so I will post what I can.  In relation to the Boultons FreeReg is good for deaths in Biddulph Ancestery not brilliant and FindMyPast hit and miss Ann is the only baptism for Richard and Hannah list on there all though we know she lost another daughter the same year as Richard

Following the Doorbar family a bit baptisms to John and Ann at St Lawrence

Catharine 1.1.1775
Elizabeth 12.1.1783
John 21.2.1780 died 15.12.1850 buried 18.12.1850

Possible baptism for John 17.8.1749 parents Richard and Hannah I cant find the burial but he left a will written 1790 probate 1795 in which he left everything to Ann but if she re-married it all went to John

Looking at your timeline Thomas was born c 1786 and his residence on the marriage is given as Stoke Ann was Horton but nothing definite is jumping out as his baptism

On FamilySearch I found a baptism for Thomas Mountford: 25 Nov 1787 at Norton le Moors, father's name: Joseph Mountford, mother's name: Ann.

Another person gives the source of this information as "St Bartholomew's records."
