Come to think of it, that may be why I double space a census lookup because I find it easier to read

Gawd ! I can hardly read that awful dark red print it's too small, and the underlining makes it much worse. I wear varifocals too, and I can hardly read the England Counties now...it all blurrs into one big red blob.
Sorry all, but its awful.

To those of you having trouble with varifocals - I work on a computer all day and my bifocals just don't work for that distance, so I have a special pair of intermediate distance glasses. If you spend any time on a computer I recommend them.
Godden in East Sussex, mainly Hastings area.
Richards in Lea, Gloucestershire, then London.
Williamson in Leith, Vickers in Nottingham.
Webb in Bildeston and Colchester.
Wesbroom in Kirby le Soken.
Ellington in Harwich.
Park, Palmer, Segar and Peartree in Kersey.

I'm sorry Trystan & Bob, I don't like it either, far too messy, makes things difficult to read.
On the shorter titles it's not too bad but when you get a run of them all underlined it's 'orrible
On the subject of specs in case it makes a difference, I just wear 'ready readers' for Rootschatting.

In my first post, I wanted to give you "just the facts, Ma'am" without saying what I felt about it.
As it happens, I don't like it either !
