Mark Snr was mark Anthony, son of Mark Anthonyand Martha bapt Matlock 20 Mar 1806, transcript says birth year 1804

John Daybank (sic) of Wirksworth married Ann Bornford on 12 May 1755 at Duffield (her parish)
If correct marriage, again could be several children before Anthony born,
