think it's more likely the baptism isn't online, rather than she wasn't baptised. There are some earlier possible baptisms to William & Mary in Cranborne - Mary Anne in 1805, Phoebe in 1806 & Louisa in 1808. There's also James on the same day as Jane. (red post snap!)
Possible marriage 27 Sept 1801 in Cranborne of William Green & Mary Hardeman.
I've been looking for Jane & Charlotte in 1861. The transcription has been mangled but census does read Green, not Fran
