Help with cause of death on 1840 certificate please

I'm more or less sure that the cause of death given is  an  Abscess? Would appreciate another opinion. :)
Bennett - Shepshed, Leics.
Coulman- Surrey/London/Lincs.

Yes, abscess, the penultimate ‘s’ is a ‘long s’.
