There's a Thomas Alfred Froggatt, with no mmn, registered Q4 1892 in Burton. Would fit if the baptism came before registration

Oh dear, information given in replies 1 and 2 was correct. (The Bagnall name is wrong)

“Mary” was baptised with the name Martha Froggatt, but appears on the census records as either Martha, Mary or Margaret.

Could Mary Ann just be using the name Kate?

I can't find a death or a census entry for a Mary Ann WILLSHEE b.1895 in 1901 or 1911. I have found this death in 1912,
