Hello,
I'm wondering if anyone has access to parish register marriages for Denbighshire? I'm looking for the marriage of Mary Ellen Jones (b1868, father Samuel Jones) to Henry Davies (b C1866) the marriage took place in the 2nd Q of 1886.

I should have added that one of the witnesses at the marriage was Robert Ellis Jones and this may well be Mary Ellen (added who married in 1886) and family in 1871 living at Williams Houses, Gwersyllt, Wrexham

Not sure where you got her Father as Samuel from if she married Henry Davies 1886( details as posted by Kay have a different Father)


There is this Mary Ellen with Father Samuel though (as searched her out and typed up may help someone else in the future)

Looking at birth regs mmn is likely Williams;;

FreeREG has a 03 Apr 1863 Marriage St Giles, Wrexham for Samuel Jones to Elizabeth Williams
No other details unfortunately

Could the Mary Ellin that Trish found born and living in Bymbo, Denbighshire have been married on 25 Feb 1893 in Brymbo??

Mary Ellin Jones age 24 of Brymbo Father Samuel Smith  collier (deceased)
Job Matthias 29 Smith - Father Peter Matthias collier (deceased)

Samuel Jones full age bachelor,  Collier, Abode Brymbo,  father David Jones collier
Elizabeth Williams full age spinster Wrexham,  father Hugh Williams keeper.
