Hi All
I have this family .
Can anyone advise whether the local dialect did not sound “h” and it is a derivative of Henderson.

At a guess I would say most English dialects dropped "h" sounds! The collection shown below has 2 recordings from West Kent. Not too clear, and as they are reading from the Bible, they were probably trying hard. Interesting though.
